What we collect
When you ask us for an estimate on this website, we collect what you send us:
- Your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code.
- The details of your project: type, measurements, notes and the photos you upload.
- The language you used and, if you arrived from an ad, the name of that campaign.
We do not store your IP address with your request, and photos are saved without their camera metadata (such as location).
Before a request is sent, we confirm your email address by sending a 6-digit code to it from sales@werhino.com.
Following your request
You can follow your request on our tracking page. You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code, with no password. That device then stays signed in for 7 days using a small entry saved in your browser, which you can remove with "Sign out". The page shows only the requests sent from your own email address.
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare your estimate and to contact you about your project by phone, text message or email. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; reply STOP to stop receiving them.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. It is stored with the service providers that run our website and our office systems, and is used only by Rhino Head Millwork.
Rhino Jarvis and Meta integrations
Rhino Jarvis is Rhino Head LLC's internal business application. Authorized staff connect our Facebook Page, Instagram professional account and advertising accounts to prepare and publish approved business content, manage approved advertising, and review performance.
Depending on the permissions granted, the application processes account and Page identifiers and names, connection credentials, business posts and media, publishing status, advertising campaign settings, and engagement and advertising performance data. We use these records to operate our connected accounts, measure results, troubleshoot errors and maintain an activity history.
Access is limited to authorized staff and service providers supporting these operations, including Meta and the hosting and software services used by Rhino Head. Connection credentials are kept in our local credential store and are not published on this website. We do not sell data received through these integrations or provide it to other companies for their own marketing.
We retain integration records while needed to operate the connected services and maintain relevant business records. An authorized account administrator can revoke the application's access in Meta's business integration settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access; to request removal of data already held by Rhino Head, use the instructions below.
Data access and deletion requests
Email hello@werhino.com with the subject "Rhino Jarvis data request" to request access, correction or deletion of information held by Rhino Head. Identify the relevant account, Page, Instagram username or project and explain your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
We may need to verify your identity or authority over the account before acting. We will review the request, remove data that no longer needs to be retained, and explain any records that must be kept for legal or business obligations. This process concerns copies held by Rhino Head; requests concerning data held independently by Meta should also be directed to Meta.
Website statistics
This website counts page views, clicks and scrolling to help us improve it. This is done without cookies, and without recording what you type, your name or your IP address.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while we work on your project and afterwards as part of our business records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
